absent servicemalfunctioning climate control
My visit was marred by a couple of issues. The room cleaning service was non existent unless you paid extra. I found the lack of included daily cleaning unacceptable. the windows were really dirty. The climate control system didn't seem to work correctly either. It was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room.

The location is central. A quick walk gets you to the train and coach stations. linda at the reception was helpful. She gave us great recommendations and helped us feel at home. i especially liked that she let us use the lounge for family game time!!!

the staff were really helpful and friendly (especially at check-in). i was lucky enough to get a complimentary drink. the location is also amazing, being only 5 minutes from the coach station and the bullring shopping center.
i found that the room was not as quiet as i had hoped.
